Throughout our lives, we try to balance responsibilities and relationships. Achieving balance in this multidimensional effort brings happiness.

As the simplest definition for OKR, we call it a collaborative interconnected target setting protocol. Then it is actually the individual life balance where it is most effective. Because it is a serious need for social individuals to reach the level of collective intelligence and balance their relationships and responsibilities. It would make perfect sense to do this by focusing on the individual’s most important goal. Focusing on a goal is decisive in shaping an individual’s priorities in cooperation and relationships. Announcing this with a system like OKR will increase communication and empathy.

So how does the CFR work in life balance? One-on-one conversations, feedback and appreciation based on meaningful dialogues. These are very critical skills in maintaining the life balance of individuals. Using the CFR for life balance means; means focusing these skills on an important and desirable life purpose for the individual.
